Mr. Travis L. Kreiser, Esquire

Service as an Advocate:

Travis L. Kreiser, Esquire is an experienced, knowledgeable litigator who focuses his practice in the representation of owner/developers, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, design professionals and sureties in all aspects of construction law. Mr. Kreiser regularly represents clients in administrative proceedings, mediation, arbitration, and in the state and federal courts, both in the trial and appellate courts. Mr. Kreiser also routinely assists clients in the review, negotiation, and drafting of construction contracts as well as all other transactional documents associated with construction.

Service as a Neutral:

Mr. Kreiser is listed as an arbitrator and serves as a neutral decision-maker on the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Construction Law Arbitrators.

Education:

Mr. Kreiser graduated cum laude from the Temple University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1994. Before attending law school, Mr. Kreiser graduated, cum laude, from Elizabethtown College in 1991, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance.
